In the video, Shane uses pathos in order to appeal to the viewer's emotions. He wants to bring awareness to everyone about how not only adults, but cruel kids can also really be and the impact made from this cruel manner. He wants to inform viewers about his past experience with bullying and how it can take a toll on a person's life and how it shouldn't be treated like a joke. It's a serious matter, that Shane wants the audience to pay attention to and learn from. I believe it would bring the same impact on the audience and myself, if I were to listen to the speaker in person. I think it would have me feeling the same emotions because of the voice he projects when talking about this matter.
